Wait Staff
Pre-party set up.
Buffet or dinner table setup.
Hors d’oeuvre prep and serve.
Replenish platters and/or buffet chafers as needed.
Coffee & dessert set up (including cake cutting & serving)
Continual cleaning of party area, break down buffet and package left overs.
Wash and put away all dishes, clean counters, sweep kitchen floor and wash if needed.
Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area.
Clean kitchen area.
Remove all garbage and recycle.
Coat check.
Bartender
Makes drinks for guests per finalized catering plan; Set up/break down bar(s). Set up bar station with all necessary materials glassware and ice. Prepare garnish (cut lemons, prepare drink mixes, etc.) Serve cocktails to your guests throughout event while keeping a clean work area.
At end of event pack up all supplies, beer, soda, etc. in original boxes. Thoroughly clean the bar area. Make sure all rental equipment is organized in designated area.
Event Captian
Point Person/Lead, typically necessary for Weddings and larger events.
Coordinate with the event planner, DJ and other event staff.
Delegates responsibilities to staff and handles any issues that should arise. Keeps everything running smoothly, efficiently and on time.
BBQ Grill Master
Setup grill area with supplies and clean if needed before grilling.
Grill hamburgers, hotdogs, or something more upscale like steak, fish, or chicken to your specifications.
Clean grill and grill area. Wrap up left overs. Remove all garbage and recycle.
Kitchen Help
Heat food, prepare platters and help wait staff set & replenish buffet.
Breakdown buffet and package left overs.
Clean kitchen area making sure all rental equipment is organized in designated area.
Remove all garbage & recycles.
Chef
Prep food (food provided by host) for cooking.
Carve meat for the buffet.
Prepare and plate appetizer, hors d oeuvres’ and dinners.
Clean kitchen area. Make sure all rental equipment is organized in a designated area.
Remove all garbage and recycles.
