Information

Initial personalized telephone consultation is free. This is required in order to provide an accurate quote.

Event is booked and confirmed once the non-refundable deposit is paid. After a confirmed booking, a customized suggested shopping list is texted which is helpful for event preparation.

Gratuity is NOT included for events with six (6) staff or less, but left to your discretion to add, per staff, on event day.

20% Gratuity is INCLUDED for events with seven (7) staff or more. Percentage is based on the TOTAL cost of the event.

Holiday rates apply for the following:
New Year’s Eve, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Passover, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Easter, Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Halloween

Flat, one-time travel fee of $25 applies for all Manhattan or over any bridge events.
Flat, one-time travel fee of $20 applies to some serving areas.
Staff Parking costs may also apply. RYP does it’s best to carpool to reduce these additional fees
