Pricing & Policy Information

Initial telephone consultation is free and necessary for all events. During the free consultation, we obtain detailed planning of potential client’s vision, and needs for their event and establish expectations. Since each event is unique, this process allows for a more accurate event quote.

 

At booking, a nonrefundable deposit is required to secure date and staff. Deposit amount is provided after consultation, along with total cost of event. Deposits are payable via Zelle. Deposit amount is also applied towards total event costs, not in addition too. Event is not confirmed until deposit is paid. If you cancel your event, this deposit can be used for a future booking.

 

Balance of event is due in cash on event day. For most efficient and professional service possible, we recommend that you hire staff as follows:

  • 1 wait staff for every 20-25 invited guests
  • 1 bartender for every 40 – 50 guests
  • 1 chef/kitchen help for every 50 guests
  • 1 grill master for every 60 guests
  • 1 Event Captain if 5 staff members are needed (Captain can be 1 wait staff as well)

 

Please call 201-484-9855 for our rates. Our rates are per staff member with a five hour minimum. Of course we can stay as long as you need us. For an event that runs past 1 am there will be a surcharge per staff member. This surcharge will not apply to New Year’s Eve parties.

 

On event days, final payments are made in cash to each staff member (as previously directed). Gratuity is not included and left to the discretion of the client. Quality service is customarily acknowledged with a gratuity.

 

Holiday rates apply for the following days: New Year ’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Jewish Holidays, Eid, Other Religious Events/Holidays, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas day.
